Not sure what all the hostility is about. I moved here in February and love it. It's nice to move into an apartment and have all new cabinets and appliances. Considering what rental rates are these days it don't think the rent is too high for the amount of space you have. Plus this is a very convenient area for people how communte to NYC (which my boyfriend does) buses are around the corner and the train is only a few blocks away. There is also a ton of shopping very close buy. I'll admit parking can be a pain if you come home late at night, but coming home after work I never have a problem. One thing that is laking is the snow removal process. They do plow and salt but they start kind of late in day and usually don't do the best job so parking lots and roads will still be icy. It is quite arm in the apartments and it's not great to have no control over the temp but it is great to not have to pay for heating gas since they price of heating your home has gone up so dramitically. I'd rather have to open the windows sometimes then have to pay high heating bills. Don't have any complaints with maintenance but I haven't needed there services yet. Overall I really love living here and would recommend it to anyone.
