Richfield Village

This place is horrible. I've lived here for almost a year and am NOT renewing my lease. First of all, the model apartment makes it look great - but that's what "demos" do... Lie. So far I've had several plumbing problems, someone broke into my car right in front of my apartment, and [during the winter and early spring] I've had no control over the temperature. That's right. The tenant has no control of it. My place was steaming hot, which resulted in mold growing along my window ledges and door from where all the moisture subsided.

We have no control of our heat here at Styertowne either but here is what Richfield DOES have: they have nice, newly painted apartments with updated kitchen areas. I have a one bedroom with a galley kitchen that I cannot even fit a refrigerator in. I had to buy a freezer so that I could cook for my husband and I and have somewhat healthy meals. I cannot have the air conditioner on if I want to use the microwave because the antiquated electrical wiring cannot handle it and all of the fuses blow. They say that I need to change my useage! So, which one shall I give up? FOOD OR COOL AIR IN THE SUMMERTIME? Believe me, live at STYERTOWNE APARTMENTS AND ANYTHING ELSE WILL SEEM LIKE A CASTLE!
