All of the people who wrote negative reviews are pathetic. Compared to NYC and many other apartments, living in Richfield Village is great. Decent sized apartments, the maintenance dept is relatively prompt and the parking is ample. There are always spots somewhere and if you complain about walking.......you probably need the exercise. The heat is on auto pilot and can be considered "ghetto heat" but it's definitely liveable. I've been there for a few years and really can't complain. Overall, the maintenance dept has improved and the apartment is very comfortable. There are always improvements that need to be made but it's a G-D apartment, not a house, not a mansion, and definitely not the Taj Mahal. Whiners go away.
