Do NOT move in, I repeat, do NOT move in. I've lived here way too long and unfortunately, at the present time, I cannot move out. This place is crawling with bugs and whatever you do, however many times you call get the exterminator, there are still roaches. And then, they'll have the nerve to blame you for them, though you can't do anything about them - they've been there way before us and will be there long after we finally move out of hell.

Also, Maintenance is rude. They try and come in your apartment, without notification. I believe this may have stopped, but it's not right. Unless your apartment is on fire, they MUST give you, by law, 24 hour notice that they will be coming into your apartment. I didn't appreciate being greated by one of them fresh out the shower. Also, they don't do their job right anyway.

Forget getting a garage if you didn't sign up for one right away...never gonna happen.

Heat is hell. You have no control over it and you either freeze or boil, from what I've heard (we boil). Walls are paper thin, neighbors party too much or are way too loud.

Don't be fooled by anyone saying it's ok there, unless they're that one rare person with a decent apartment.

I totally agree with this person as I have experienced the same thing. They have come into my apartment without any notice and are very and I mean very rude. I currently have bed bugs in my apartment that I believe that I got from my new neighbors. The exterminator has come twice and the little bugs are still hanging out in the room. Do not move in as it will be your hell to pay!!!!!!!!!!!!
