Good:
I stayed here for past 6 months and it was really nice place to live. Good park. Transportation to NY, Passaic is just near by. Grocery and pharmacy malls and also elementary school is close by. Seemed to be very safer place. Most of the hospitals are very approachable for me. I never had car here, but was able to manage. Maintenance request is pretty quick. Totally good place to stay.

Bad: There are two person in the leasing office. Both staffs need professional training. The communication and customer dealing is good for one lady, the other lady is so bad. She never even understand our small request, always with a kind of anger face that irritates. Move In ->too much security deposit and other fees. Move out -> If breaking lease we are gone. Till they lease the apartment we must keep paying the entire period. This is new for me who had experience from CO, CA states.
Heater has no control in rooms, this overheats in starting from Nov. Good they attach AC, switch on when heater is also on.
