first the good :its near rt 46 ,3 and parkway (for a quick getaway)
now the bad: the heat is nuts and you cant shut it off (that is when its working).somehow every outside insect finds its way inside no matter if everything in your house is sealed . maintanence stinks it took them 3 months to fix a hole in the wall and they are not very polite.they come in to your apartment with out notice (i work nights and they walked in while i was sleeping). they dont clean snow very well (my wife fell on icy path and the guy tried to blame her). i have had both my cars and my garage broken into and last week they attempted to break into my house. i have mold and chipped paint in the bathroom. plus its very old it really isnt worth it to live there i hope to be moving out soon .there is no way im renewing my lease (if you must live there stay away from the brookside drive area)

Good review BUT don't just say to stay away from Brookside Drive area BETTER TO SAY......stay away from ALL of Richfield Village. It's a high priced DUMP !!!!!
