This is by far the stupidest apartment complex there is. What is so ridiculous is that the apartments have hard wood floors. 2nd floor apartments are to be 75% carpeted by the renter however, the moronic management personnel does not follow up to make sure that the new tenants have the carpeting that is required in the lease. They turn there heads the other way so, as a result the people on the 1st floor have to hear all the LOUD noise coming from the 2nd floor and yes, on the hard wood floors. Richfield Village is so lacking with everything that soon they will have to start paying tenants to live here. The laundry rooms are HORRID. If you are thinking of renting here, in simple English.......DON'T!

I am neither an employee or a tenant. I'm not defending anything you wrote. I'm a resident in this city, looking to move and on occasion, read reviews of various complexes, to see what my best options would be. Either living in a rental community versus renting in a private home living with a landlord. If I could afford my own home, that's where I would be. I just find it amusing, that tenants who reside in certain complexes, have such negative items to post, yet they still live there for years. If I was as unhappy as you appear to be, I moved have moved out years ago. I would not have stayed 6 years. We could debate all you want. Your comment about foreigners moving in was in very bad taste. I'm guessing you do not realize that we live in a city of great diversity. I also read the Clifton Forum to see what is going on in our city, I watch the council meetings, board of ed meetings, read the paper and watch the news. Does that make me an employee of the City??? How would you feel, if you went to see an apartment, or a private rental home, or an open house that was for sale and they wouldn't rent to you or sell to you, based on your appearance. They didn't like the way you looked, or the way you dressed, that's discrimination to me, just as you said, foreigners only move into the complex; that's also discrimination my friend. You sound like a person who has too much time free time. Go volunteer somewhere and make yourself useful to someone. Make a difference in someone's life, instead of complaining. Enjoy your evening. I wish you great success in locating a desirable place to reside.

I'm currently a resident at Richfield Village. I hate it here! The rental office and maintenance office are very rude, inconsiderate and NASTY!!! They are the nastiest people I've ever met. They don't give a sh&** about no one but the RENT! They could careless about the tenants. I can't stand them. Here is my problem,beneath my apartment is a pump that make a awful loud noise every 5MINS 24HRS a day. I've complained several times and nothing has been done. They ignore all my phone calls. I've sent a certified letter that I'm going to hold the rent if they don't fix it. This is ridiculous!! Anyone who saids it's nice to live here doesn't know what the are talking about. I bet it's probably a Richfield Village JERK employee putting their two cents in. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! YOU WILL BE SORRY.. trust me... I have no reason to lie!!! They will be nice to you in the beginning and once your in,it's HELL and they treat you like sh &T! Just ask your neighbors before you move in...

Please! The % rate went from a 42% rating to a 55% rating. Now really, it's so obvious that one of the employees (or Dept Mgr) is playing around with these reviews. There is nothing at Richfield Village Apts that's worthwhile. This is a real, true DUMP!!

I agree, this place sucks and is NOT worth the money they have the nerve to charge! Avoid at all costs!
