The Rental Dept along with the Maintenance Dept are HORRIBLE! They are useless and lacking with everything

You've got that right!! Remember, the main office for Richfield Village is in Old Bridge, NJ. As a result, the employees including the so called "Dept Managers" are not supervised (starting with that nasty ----- in the Rental Office). They are not accountable and are able to get away with everything. Also, this apartment complex has many foreigners as well as blue collar workers living here. This gives the Mngmt Personnel the "upper hand" at intimidating the tenants with their remarks. There is one maintenance man who is the friend of the so called Maintenance Dept Supervisor. This dope is so "stand offish and nasty" that I will not allow him in my apartment. Richfield Village needs more tenants like myself who goes to the "authorities" to resolve the stupid issues Richfield Village creates. In other words, DON'T PUT UP WITH THEIR ----!!
