WOW is how im gonna start this one! Richfield should be ashame of themselves for showing that model apartment when the apartment the tenant is going to get looks nothing, I MEAN NOTHING LIKE THE MODEL!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place looks like it hasn't been updated since it was built 65 years ago! PEOPLE, don't give them any money till you see the apartment they are going to be renting you! Ask to see the apartment first or you will be there next victim. The walls looks nothing like the model, the floor looks nothing like the model, the windows looks nothing like the model, the stove, doors, etc looks nothing like the model!!! Long story short this place gets an D- as a grade. The only reason it gets the D- is because of the nice area and the nice walk area around the complex, but other than that this place would have gotten an F for sure!! Remember NO money till you see the apartment your going to be getting trust me...............Richfield Village aka mold city!

Richfield is an alright place to live said Nando9, BUT (and i quote), its an alright place to live. (The heating situations can be bothersome.) I moved out due to the noise coming from upstairs. (I'm happy with the move.) Richland isn't THAT expensive comparitively to the rentals. and it is an OK place to live (although I am delighted to be gone) as I hate hearing footsteps above me). Thin walls increased the noise your hearing, heating situation is causing the mold problems that they just paint over, and the poor up keep makes 1275.00 to 1325.00 too much money to pay a month for those apartments in that shape! Listen it's simple somebody needs to tell Richfield Village there run is over, if they want to get back in the game don't just buy paint get a couple of sledge hammers, a couple of truck loads of sheetrock, a dumpster and do the job right! Let's call it operation: "Get these apartments looking like what where advertising" YOU CAN'T PUT A BAND-AID ON A BROKEN NECK! If you can spare another 80 bucks a month go to wayne where the apartments are just beautiful!!!! no gimmicks

To the "anonymous" response of 9/12/2009. You say it like it is and YES, Richfield Village is certainly NOT WORTH THE MONEY. It is a "has been" apartment complex that can't live up to the standards of the present day....in other words, "it's over for Richfield Village and all of the nasty jackasses that work for Richfield Village Apartments, including the office and maintenance personnel, too! So many people are afraid to describe what this complex is really all about so they "fluff" up their reviews out of fear of being discovered. It's a real DUMP.

tristie and the anonymous post...Agree 100%. Oerheating is ridiculous. Walls are unrealistically too thin. I can't comment on the 'glory days' when Richfield used to be a good place as I lived there one year and left August in a rush. Im delighted to be rid of it. Furthermore, They kept a good portion of my security deposit for things such as bathtub refinishing, sanding the floor, removing blinds, shower head due to my replacing the crap shower head but leaving the original should they wish to reuse it, my removing ALL blinds, causing no damage to the bath tub. It is 100% robbery and I will fight it. Topping this, they state that they have included interest with my security deposit...$0.55 of interest on a deposit of $1,613. Thanks for the interest, Richfield, I'll make sure to sing your graces when I purchase the 5-pack of gum you funded!
