I have been staying in these apartments for almost 7 months and this is my first winter,
I can say these apartments have HORRIBLE UNCONTROLLED heating system. They have not told me that my apartment is NEAR to BROILER and the heat is almost too much that we are having sleepless nights. My 3 year old son is suffering so much that he gets blood in his nose due to the horrible heat. I called Maintenance to lower the heat and the people dont care for ur problems and get into arguements, all they say is open the windows and turn the fan on!! They know that the Broiler needs to be replaced and they know the situation but they donot want to spend money and take care of their tenants.
ITS LIKE BEING PUNISHED FOR RENTING HERE!! MY ADVICE IS NOT TO RENT IN RICHFIELD VILLAGE APTS.

Your complaint is the same as all of the tenants at Richfield Village.....the heat is too much! I think the Maintenance Dept knows how to lower it but they don't want to be bothered accomodating any of the tenants here. Most of the tenants who move out complain about the same thing THE HEAT and Noise situation. You got right, you are punished for living here. I'm here for 1 year and WILL NOT renew my lease in February for this reason. This place is a true DUMP!!!
