I found this site and thought I'd add my 2 cents... My wife and I have lived here for over 2 years. The Management and property management are too busy colluding so she can get work and services done on her house for free or less to do anything around this place. There was a gaping hole leading into a sewer grate (large enough for a dog to fall into) in the parking lot where or garbage dumpster and laundry facilities are and after being made aware of it, they took 7 MONTHS before repairing it. we have called the police because during the winter months when it snows, they don't remove snow, put down salt/sand/ or even attempt to make a path so people can get out of their apts. We have had the USPS mail carriers refuse to deliver mail for the ENTIRE complex due to the mgmt not removing the snow. They have some weirdo who lives here, plow occasionally and he is not insured to do this and I can't wait for the day when he hits one of our cars:o) I have been waiting for outlets to be replaced since I moved in here. of the minimal amt of of outlets that I have 3 don't work properly. The grounds are dirty. They obviously discriminate from tenant to tenant since dogs were NEVER allowed by the previous owner and it stated they WERE NOT ALLOWED in our lease as well but the moron, redneck that lives nextdoor to me has a little yapping chihuahua in addition to all of his "toys" that plague us with noise and inconsideration constantly. Lights are constantly out and go weeks without being changed. A girl was assaulted a year ago by another resident because the lighting is so poor. I called 2 weeks ago after I was walking in front of the adjoining building and saw a window was missing from the basement where we do our laundry and where we are the only ones who should be gaining access. There is STILL NO WINDOW and no care or concern for the tenants safety since ANYONE or ANYTHING can get down there and could hurt someone nevermind the fact that It could be used for squatters at this time of year when homeless people are looking for a warm place to sleep..
The property manager has no more than a high school education and you can barely tell she's got that.
They say that it's rent controlled here but as soon as you;re not paying what they'd like you to pay them, they begin making it difficult to live here. They have especially made it difficult for older and disabled people. They are apathetic in every way. My apartment was robbed before Christmas and when we called to find out who had keys to our apt from the magmt company we were met with cynical remarks and NO clear answer as to how many of there incompetent staff has keys to our apt. They hire illegal immigrants to do most of the work and allow them to enter tenant's apts when they are not home without anyone from the Mgmt company there to supervise. I gave the superintendent money the first Christmas we were here (about 6 months after we moved in) and didn't even get a thank you and actually got WORSE service than I ever had before.
These people are a bunch of greedy jews who don't care about any of the people who live here. They only care about collecting money and giving no service in return.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THIS PLACE IS A GHETTO APT BUILDING. THEY ALLOW RAPISTS AND SEX OFFENDERS TO LIVE HERE... THEY ALLOW TENANTS TO ENGAGE IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AND DO NOTHING ABOUT.. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!

I agree, I know someone who lived there and as soon as management changed the place went downhill.

If living there is as bad as you say, why are you STILL living there after 2 years?????? Sounds like you have nothing better to do with your time except make yourself look stupid by posting a bad review, but doing nothing to make your situation better, like MOVING OUT!

OH MY GOD,,,,,,,,have you lost all of your marbles? If it is sooooo terrible living in this complex, why on earth don't you move (to another continent) would be a good suggestion. GET A LIFE, WHY DON'T YOU? If you need attention so badly,why don't you just beef up your sex life and get laid for the first time? Maybe that will give you something to keep your mind and body occupied. PACK UP AND LEAVE. YOU ARE A PATHETIC FORM OF LIFE AND NEED TO EXTINGUISHED.

This place sucks!!!! Horrible place to live. Go to Bloomfield or Belleville.
