DON'T BELIEVE THE LIES THAT THE PROPERTY MANAGER POSTS ANONYMOUSLY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/15/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response The Property Manager at JK MANAGEMENT (STYRETOWNE APARTMENTS), ----- ----------- has made it a habit of posting "anonymously" on the boards. You'd think with over 200 apartments in Styretowne that ----- ----------- would actually have WORK to do (as all of the posts that are NOT written by her show.... she does NOTHING). She takes care of NO problems. She blames the super (-----) for lapses in service meanwhile SHE doesn't GIVE ----- the messages and work orders in a timely fashion. WHY' because she's on here making up "anonymous" posts to boost a very BAD apartment complex's rating. It's sad really -----! Do the OWNERS of JK Management know that you post fictitious posts here' If you knew ANYTHING about computers (WE DO), you'd know that regardless of whether or not you post something anonymously, WE can still see WHERE it originated from. I know you're not too bright -----. Stop blaming ----- and the other maintenance people for YOUR utter incompetence in doing a very EASY job. I'm guessing that she either married into the family or is sleeping with someone there at JK Management since I have NEVER seen such an unprofessional person in any capacity as ----- ----------- has shown. Move to STYERTOWNE APARTMENTS so that you can be abused, lied to, lied about, harassed and the best of all... LIVE IN A SLUM. It also became apparent in our time (too LONG) at Styertowne Apartments that ----- favors some tenants, bends the rules for certain MALE tenants (go figure) and chooses WHO gets work done first regardless of WHOSE issue is the most urgent or the order in which the call was taken... Take care -----! Good luck with your crusade to FAKE the ratings on here:o)
