Garbage What's up with the trash in this place though? People seem not to respect where they live. All I see is tissues on the ground, potato chips bags, soda cans...the list is endless. I know that there are cleaning guys that walk around every so often picking up that stuff, but

You get what you pay for The apt is economical - you will not get a lower rent than this closer to Manhattan. However, talking about the apt, you get what you pay for. The heating is terrible, there is no control. The bathtub chokes up all the time. Floors creak. Management is terrible

Don't even think about it... Since I've moved in, I've dealt with a broken dishwasher...It's been 7 months already and guess what? It's still broken!!! Now the heat is crazy and my kids are sweating every night... we can't sleep and they don't do anything about it...

Parking, parking, parking problem! There is nowhere to park after 7pm. Recently the city added parking restrictions
on Fairmount St., so I park in 10-15min of walking distance.
There are also big dogs allowed, you have to be very careful walking around.

Happy so far.. I really don't know what all the negative stuff is all about, I moved in October 2009.
Really can't complain about anything... it is an apartment complex..
if people don't wanta hear other tenats. then move to the country..

Two Thumbs Down!!! Don't rent here
1) Hotter than h3ll. You cannot control the heat. Period.
2) They won't let you see the apartment that you want to rent. Closet space is minimal and the apartments are tiny.
3) Management will constantly send you late notices and letters to appear
