Great neighborhood; good apartments

These apartments are kept in great shape, and the maintance staff is quick with repairs. The neighborhhod is quiet, safe, and beautiful, within walking distance to 2 parks. The downside: closets are small, with no sliding bar to hang clothes. And the kitchens and bathrooms are quite tiny. But with some creatively placed shelving, you can make it work.
