I moved into a single bedroom unit in 2005. The office staff was very accommodating and friendly. The unit was well prepared & clean for my move in date. I relocated into a 2 bedroom in 2007 when my daughter moved back in with me. After looking around, I found the value & convenience at Cooper River Manor the best for me in the area.

The apartments are basic, no frills. No dishwashers, small kitchens, small closets. I don't need a dishwasher so that's no problem. Hard wood floors in both my units were/are great & easy to clean. The bedrooms are large. My neighbors have all been quiet (maybe I lucked out'). Parking is adequate at best but there is street parking available too.

It's only a mile to downtown Collingswood & the High Speed Line which is a huge plus.

Any maintenance needs have been handled promptly & competently. They promise this at the leasing interview and absolutely deliver.

This is not a luxury apartment complex by any means, but compared to others I've lived in, it's very good & I'm happy with my choice.
