Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
The community is very peaceful and very safe. The apartments do need alittle updating( kitchen cabinets, complete bathroom makeover). Overall apartment not very big. closets, kitchen, bathroom very small. If I had to move back in, I would choose a 2nd floor apartment. Everything can be heard from the first floor. Conversations, footsteps, coins dropping on the floor. When my upstairs neighbor wakes up in the a.m. I am up. The floors needs some kind of sound resistant padding with carpet. (Main reason I have moved). I really didn't want to move but I really like to sleep alittle late sometimes and cannot. Parking is very good.
