The community is very peaceful and very safe. The apartments do need alittle updating( kitchen cabinets, complete bathroom makeover). Overall apartment not very big. closets, kitchen, bathroom very small. If I had to move back in, I would choose a 2nd floor apartment. Everything can be heard from the first floor. Conversations, footsteps, coins dropping on the floor. When my upstairs neighbor wakes up in the a.m. I am up. The floors needs some kind of sound resistant padding with carpet. (Main reason I have moved). I really didn't want to move but I really like to sleep alittle late sometimes and cannot. Parking is very good. Community is good because of its location, and the tenants that live there.
