Good deal From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've lived here for a few months now. The place isn't perfect--I've found a few roaches and waterbugs, but I complained to the leasing office and they sent around an exterminator. The hardwood floors are nice and the bedroom and living room are pretty big. The kitchen is smallish, but at least the cabinets and floor are new, so it looks nice. For $800/month with a professional leasing office, it's not bad.
