Like the reviewer below me... I should have moved out when tina left.... Tina was the last leasing agent who actually cared (maybe because she lived here too) the apartment started falling apart about a year after i moved in. Maintenace wants to charge you for everything. the kitchen is impossible and my tiny shoebox stove wont even go over 375 degrees. I use to have good neighbors but i guess they got out while the timing was still good. I've never had any bugs (Thank God) the cabinets were painted so many times i couldn't really open them. Parking is a struggle. The laundry room is a battle. Ive had people remove my clothes in order to steal my time on the dryers. It is always hot, you must keep every window opened in the winter and in the summer it heats up like a brick oven and holds the heat of the day in until about 10pm. I think it is funny that the review listed a few below mine states that the management treats it like a dorm. That is exactly how i feel as well. I dont know how many times i've said, "For $900 a month i should be able to... cook stuff in a working oven.. walk outside my front door safely.. do laundry when i need to.. park my car.. etc."

The town is great. I truly love living in collingswood.... that is about the nicest thing that I can say about it.
