If you're looking for a NICE and SAFE PLACE, this is what you're looking for. It's closed to public transportation (bus and train), public swimming pool, grocery shopping, hospital, etc. It's only 15 minutes train ride to Philly and 2 hours from Crystal Lake Ave, Haddonfield,NJ to NYC.

The people from the leasing office are courteous and approachable. One of the best apts in South Jersey.

Obviously this person works there.. This place is crap. i lived there years back but my friend lived there recently they hated it i hear about ---- roaches all the time

i am a current tenant of haddon hills. i've lived here in the complex over 20 years. first was a two bedroom apt then i moved to a 3 bedroom townhouse when my girls outgrew the smaller place. i've never had a problem with the office or any of the repair staff. the've responded kindly and in a timely manner. now and then you will see a roach but it's usually when the weather changes. the office will send the exterminator immediately. it's quiet and safe. the neighbors watch out for one another and it's a real community. i raised a family here and loved every minute of it...so whoever wrote the that the place is crap is full of just that.....
