i love the location and hardwood floors at haddon hills. the townhomes come with a nice backyard that would be hard to find somewhere else for the price. this being said, the manager bill is beyond rude and extremely unhelpful. when calling the office to address an issue, he is rude, unconcerned, and straight out ignorant. he is sarcatsic and obviously thinks poor manners will finally make you give up on contacting him about problems in the apartment. the other two individuals that work in the office, william and jane, are extremely helpful and kind. william has been such a help from the first time i came in to look at an apartment.
noise levels between apartments is poor and the spring brings along many many roaches. the exterminator comes when the office is called, but it is a temporary fix as the cockraoches have infested the basement. i love the location and space at haddon hills, but between the poor management and the roaches, i am torn between staying and leaving.
