A nice place to visit, but I wouldn't wanna live there...

I lived in Haddon Hills apartments for a little over a year.
Contrary to many of the reviews below, I have never had a problem with bugs - but I was in a one bedroom apartment on the second floor.

My main concern the entire time was the noise level. You can literally hear a pin drop through the walls and the floors of this place (I imagine because it is all hard wood flooring - although I still had problems after covering most of it with area rugs). Unless you are a church mouse, you may have problems with neighbors, even during times that are not "quiet hours". Everything echoes. I would have to have music or even my television turned down to so low a level I could barely even hear it myself to avoid a neighbor banging on my door or my floor/his ceiling.

Water pressure was a bit of an issue as well - I would turn the shower on and it would blast the skin off of you, and then all of a sudden lessen to just a trickle, then go back to normal. This happened with my kitchen faucet, as well.

The heat was unbearable, as well - and I am someone who is always cold!! One of my radiator units (in my living room) was turned off by the previous tenant, and I had to call the office to have someone come in and turn it on due to the fact that I was freezing. Well, I regretted doing that - from that point on, I don't think my apartment dropped under 80 degrees without the windows open. And it's not much better in the summer. I had to run the air conditioner constantly to even keep just my living room at a comfortable level. My kitchen was ridiculously hot due to the contant pilot on in my stove. I can not even use it to cook most days because it gets way too hot. My bedroom was scorching as well - the bedrooms have a larger-than-usual window that a window air conditioner can not fit into without some serious work - so be prepared to make due with a ceiling fan and as many other fans as you can muster up.

Other than that, no real complaints... parking was always adequate, the grounds were kept up very nicely, and I never had an issue with anyone being rude from the office as others had (although every time I called I got William or Jane, and both of them are wonderful.)
