I had lived in Haddon Hills Apartments for a couple of years. They have gone through a couple managements. I have called in to complain about how noisy my neighbors are and they brushed me off and said to call the local cops because they can't do anything about it unless there is something on record. The noise varies depending on your neighbors. But they place people where ever there is an opening. They would put a family and a single person next to each other. One of the things I hate the most is that my neighbor downstairs smokes and all the smokes seeps through the first floor to my apartment. The walls and floors are thin and you can hear your neighbors phone ring. Maintenance has been good through out the year of my stay, but the water pressure and the hot and cold water is an issue. I would take a shower in the morning and the water pressure would change or it would go cold and then hot. There was a time where I didn't have running hot water because the boiler was broken, but it was fixed after a week. There's no thermostats for the apartments, so the heat is on full blast and I would have my windows open most of the winter. Parking is normally available most of the year. But when summer comes, I won't be able to find a parking spot because of the local community pool center. I thought safety wasn't an issue, but after living there I found that everyone has the same key to the entrance door. There was one time where they did a fire alarm inspection and they walked in my apartment while I was sleeping. A neighbor called in to complain about the same thing and found that they have the right to walk in the front door after a knock and announcing they were maintenance. I don't use the laundry facilities, because it's at one of the end of the apartment complex in the basement. The place looks and feels like I am in the sewer system. They also have storage space for an extra cost, but it gets flooded every once in a while and they don't do anything to fix it while they collect they money. They have stated that cats are not allowed but, I have seen as many as three cats per apartment. It is obvious they do not enforce anything around the place. I only stayed because it was convenient to Patco, food market, bank and other local stores. The rule of survival there was to keep it to yourself and others will do the same to you in exception to the noise.
