I have been living at Haddon Hills for nearly 6 months now. The biggest positive is the price. For a single bedroom aparment, which is quite large, it costs me $649.00 per month. You obviously cannot beat that. Since the building was built in the 1950's, one may experience a number of maintenance issues. I have had my fair share and the maintenance people lack in their ability to perform their job. The front office is fairly nice, however, I did get the feel that they were nice to me up until I signed the lease. If I needed to contact them afterwards, I was given the impression that I was bothering them. The exterior leaves something to be desired, however, the interior is quite beautiful. No two apartments are alike as they vary in dimensions.
