I'm in a 2BR with a roommate. For the price, you can't beat it. The location is excellent; walking distance to store/bank/bars/patco/local community pool, it really is ideal. The wood floors are awesome, I would never choose carpets if I didn't have to. The balcony is great to have and the grounds are decent/nice. Parking has never been a problem and the office has been cooperative. We had an issue with our door, they fixed that. We had an issue with the toilet, they fixed that. The lady below had an issue with her roof leaking, so they came up to our balcony and resurfaced it which fixed her problem. Our fridge/freezer started frosting up, 3 days later we had a new fridge. I wonder how the other reviewers can have such a different experience with the front office... Maybe they're rude to the guy, as he's very nice to me. Or maybe they just treat their apt like ---- and wonder why it's infested or stuff keeps breaking' It's the same basic problem everyone can have, your neighbors make or break your apt experience.

The initial adjustment to my neighbors was the only issue I had. That soon passed as we adjusted to the relatively thin walls and wooden floors that carpet would otherwise help with noise-transfer. I think we gave our neighbors more trouble initially than they us. In our unit they are very quiet and definitely respect unwritten quiet hours "10p-10a"

Others complain about heat/running a/c and the water. I can see where they're coming from. In the winter it was a bit cool, but I prefer it that way. During the summer I'm not sure how someone can blame the office that it's too hot and they need to run A/C... The water pressure is overall GREAT; while yes it does drop to nearly a trickle at times, it's very rare and certainly not a bother.

My only complaint is more of a wish, I only wish they allowed dogs :)

I'm going to give the noise level a 4/5 due to my neighbors being awesome. But the walls are defintely thin, so hopefully you get great neighbors too.
