Lots of good things about the Parkview. Everything in my apt. is brand new. No bugs- havent seen a single roach. Plenty of parking if you don't mind walking. The neighborhood is great, lots of nearby parks, plenty of things withing walking distance. The maintenance staff in the B Building is excellent. The grounds are very well kept. The original construction was shoddy, e.g. I can hear my neighbors move their shower curtains. (Their kids in the tub are really loud!) Overall management of the apts. is pretty bad, a real lack of service commitment. Remodelling of the laundry room was a month-long headache, and took another four months to get a folding table. The concierge office is totally useless. I'm not sure what they actually do- certainly not help anyone. Mail is a problem- get a P.O. Box! Only about 60% of mail gets through and lots of unopened letters are found in the trash. Overall, it's an OK place for the price, if you dont mind some annoyances.
