Alright place for no sec. dep.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
This place is alright if its your very first apartment. The maintenance takes at least 2-3reports to fix anything, you live amongst some real scum and wackos- honestly how they cann afford the rent boggles me. Nice units, but not worth $1135.
