Here are the basics of the apartments.
-4 buildings, each 10 stories (Buildings A, B, C, D)
-They share a courtyard in the middle, includes a small grocery store, fitness center and pool.
-Buildings are walking distance from CVS, Pizza, Chinese, dentist, Wawa and Downtown Collingswood (with lots of shopping and restaurants about .8 miles).
-Elevators are slow, but they do work and there are 3 in each building
-There is key card access at entrances and cameras in lobby and front door.
-Across the street is a small park with playground, picnic tables
-Fitness area is OK, busiest hours are in the morning and after work; during the day, very available, evening it is empty too.
-Maintenance was good and timely.
-Parkview has buses that will take you to the train station

Downside:
-AC/Heating are too simple. Not exact temps, it??s ON or OFF-- just fan, heat or cool.
-Walls are thin, but we had no problems with neighbors, white noise in apartments helps (using the fan and TV masks sounds). Some bumps from upstairs.
-Parking can be an issue especially if you want front row parking. Buildings D and B share the best parking. A and C seem to be more limited and are the furthest from the large parking lot (maybe 200 feet away). Parking garage is available for a fee.
-Be sure to get the right address, the main office has a different address- completely different street and city! Office is on Collings Ave and in Collingswood, Residents are on Newton Lake Drive and in Oaklyn.
