My God, where do I begin' Parkview is under new management by people who obviously could care less about us tenants, some of which have lived here for decades. It's sad how this place only gets worse and worse. Maintenance are nice, but they only kiss up because they have no clue as to what they're doing. The leasing manager is very nice also. Very nice at giving you the run around. The place reeks of urine and dog poop. Apparently they got rid of the outside janitorial service to save money. Good move, now it not only feels like camden, it looks like it. Elevators don't work. You can never find a parking spot. Stay away from the maintenance manager, he is a rude and obnoxious little man.
