We moved in the fall of 2005, at first things were good and we enjoyed our apartment. Then in the early spring of 2006 things went down hill. The elevators in the C building would never work, two or three would be down. The maintenance become a problem, no one would respond to our calls. When someone did the answer was what can we do! At $1200 a month I would expect something more. During the summer things got worse. The so called repairs took for ever to complete. Trash seemed to appear more then ever, old car batteries were left along with tires. Cars sat in the lot wiht flat tires and the "luxury" apartment was anything but what the new owners called it.

If you move in, god help you that would be the only one to help with a probem

As a side note,I have emailed the new owners four times and never a response.
