Apparently there are new owners and now the Parkview is being called "Heights of Collingswood" Frankly I don't care what they call it. The problems have all been thoroughly discussed and I don't see anything changing.

I feel safe during daylight hours only. There is supposed to be a security guard but I've never seen one. Management has promised to tow illegally parked cars but I've never witnessed a tow truck doing so.

Staff in the leasing office is condescending once you have signed a lease. They pay lip service to customer inquiries but not much more.
