This place is a nightmare! I know you have to be lucky with who you get as a neighbor, but this place is rediculous! There are drugs being sold in the apartment down the hall from me, there are screeming children in another (which Im told the parents have left them home alone. 1 yr and 3yr old) There were (just recently moved out) a family of about 8 that were constantly in and out, in and out, that let their dog pee and poop in the hallway. They also wrote all over the newly painted walls. So I Understand that you aren't going to get along with some of your neighbors, but come on! Also, the elevators are always broken. They have just replaced 2 of the elevators but they still dont work all that well. The big elevator that is used to move big things in and out is currently out of order. The parking is awful. They are "making renovations" that have been going on since before I moved in, so some of the parking lots are closed. Which means that all four buildings are finghting for the limited parking that is left. People are loud and inconsiderate. I have seen people smoke in the elevator, while I was in there with him, I have seen people walk their dogs without picking up after them (there is alot of poop all over the place) and I have seen someone throw out their cigg in the mulch and start a fire that they just left there. Oh yea-and there are pigeons EVERYWHERE!If you have a balcony-they will take it over. Maintenance will not do anything with your balcony "The balcony's are the tenants responsibilty". Well I dont specialize in pigeon removal so unless you do,you are goin to have pigeon droppings and nests all over your balcony. Good luck with that. It is awful awful awful and I would highly suggest you dont get sucked in to this pit of hell!

Oh I TOTALLY HEAR YOU! I lived in the A building and you THINK maybe b/c the Mgmt. ofc is there it might be a little better...? Well you're soooo wrong for thinking that. I know I was... and I was on the same floor as them! I moved out of there the first chance I got... smelly apartment odors (from the rugs) and I constantly cleaned and powerwashed the carpeting in the apt., closets doors consistently coming off the tracks and hitting me upside my head. LOUD neighbors... yeah, cement walls does crap! Since I was on the first floor I did not have the elevator issues, but I felt the others pain in regards to it. People was always waiting in the lobby FOREVER! Um, Police would always be over looking for "someone"... hem-hem wonder why?!! Sorry folks... they allow suspicious people in the building. Better have your OWN pad lock on your door. My first night there... I parked in a normal parking spot behind the A building... Know what i got as a note on my car... FIRST NIGHT MIND YOU.... it read "PARK HERE AGAIN AND I'LL SLASH YOUR TIRES". I'm a single a parent of one and that didn't make me feel like home sweet home!! Had my front of my car crashed into w/ no note of the destruction done to my car. My car would get keyed... so many issues with parking. And forget about the tickets that you would get if you made your own parking. Due to the insufficient parking there already... couldn't park in the streets... you would get ticketed. So what where you to do?!!! Just get ticketed. Living there is a joke... don't get sucked in. I've noticed the remodeled the lobby and making the entrance very Metro looking and modern. That is just appearance, b/c they know how much of a bad rap they have and will continue to have. Just b/c it looks pretty and new-er doesn't mean the same mgmt is still isnt' there... oh they are there. And still not helping the tenants in any which way possible. You're better in a card board box!
