I live in B building for the past 4 years. The first 3 years everything was fine. Then new people bought the buildings. Renovations started. First off, Nobody knew they were renovating anything because nobody told us, things just weren't getting done. As soon as they "fixed" things, they either didn't stay fixed or they were just shoddily patched up. They painted over the walls in the basement without CLEANING them first. It's disgusting lately. I've had dirty footprints outside in my hallway for 6 months. Nobody cleans them. I've never had a roach problem before. Suddenly, roaches. I understand construction brings them out. Ok, then spray EXTRA.

I'm paying almost $900 for a one bedroom. Yes, it's all utilities included, but believe me, that's because they don't have a good way of billing you for it. The pool is $100 extra to join and full of kids. The gym (a bunch of free weights and some treadmills) costs over $300 a year EXTRA! Things they didn't tell me when I moved in.

Parking is a nightmare and I was told that there is nothing they can do about it. Elevators that are supposed to be "new" are crap. I actually got stuck between floors on the freight elevator and had to be pulled out by maintenance.

Shuttle bus is broken down alot, even though I don't use it, I'm sure it's a bummer for people that do.

I don't usually hear things except the teen in the apt. next door plays loud hip hop music sometimes that I hear right through my bedroom wall. Smells of smoking and food can be distracting sometimes.

There are some really great maintenance guys and some that should be fired. The leasing team is just paid to shut us up without doing anything.

There are other places nearby that are better for the money. Don't waste time with this place for awhile until they get themselves straightened out, if ever.
