Where do I begin' I lived here for a few years and now only my mom lives here. This place has gotten steadily worse over the years. First off, parking is a nightmare. There aren't nearly enough spots so you walk forever to get to your building. There are these huge dumpsters which take up about 5 parking spots next to the B building and they never get filled. The hallways are always vandalized and smell like crap. They did "renovations" which made the place look even worse. Now onto the elevators...Good Lord. I visited my mom over the holidays and me, my girlfriend, my borther and his wife and my 4 month old niece got stuck in the so called new elevator. We all had to be dragged up through the floor like animals to get to safety. My girlfriend ruined her new 50 dollar sweater in the process. I recently heard that every elevator in one building wasn't working and noone could get up to their apartment. Mind you that this complex is home to many elderly people who can't physically climb 9 or 10 flights of stairs. The managment's solution to this was to send all these elderly people to a vacant lobby and offer them hot chocolate. This place is God-awful so please don't waste your time with this dump.

"There aren't nearly enough spots so you walk forever to get to your building."
Taking an extra 3 minutes to walk is forever? Is this really that big of a deal?

Just because you are lazy to walk a few extra steps does not mean parking is a nightmare. Okay, so you live in the B building and say it smells like crap...That's nasty I must agree, but I have no complaints about the smell in my building except that of a whisp of smoke...SO WHAT...and as for the elevators, okay they broke down....that was temporary...as for your siter or girlfriend-she ruined her $50 sweater, big deal. Its fifty dollars not the end of the world-what the hell go buy another one im sure it's replaceable. And if you can't afford it, then why did you get it in the first place?...so you had a BAD DAY...once again WHO CARES...And when the elevators broke down and management offered them hot chocolate in the lobby-so what? there was nothing else they could do until they fixed the elevators which did not take long. They sat in the lobby of their building drinking hot chocolate. I'm sure it was not a horrible experience. And you were "dragged out of the elevators like animals?" Shut the hell up and stop complaining! That could have happened anywhere. If I was the person sent to assist you I would have left you there so you can experience HELL...according to you. Please reply back to this, because I would just LOVE to hear what you have to say. And yes..go ahead and get tough. What are you going to do? Type me to death? Can't wait to here from you soon.

Wow, I'm upset that I waited months to reply to this but I haven't bothered with this site. Do I care about walking 3 minutes to get to my building? No. Do I care that my 63 year old mother who just had a double knee replacement has to walk from one end of the complex to the other? Yes. It's a simple solution, add more parking spots (including more handicapped ones). Just eliminate the section in the middle of the 4 buildings. The gym has 50 year old machines and all of the stores are closed down. Elevators...yes all elevators break down but they literally have had issues with the elevators for months. If they are that old and broken down, install new ones. Yes that would be costly, but what would happen if a young child or elderly person were stuck? Maintenance....good luck getting things fixed. My mom has waited literally a year to get a cabinet door fixed. A broken cabinet door is no biggie but they hire these illegal immigrants who can't even hold a hammer. And why are you so defensive of the place? Oh, Heights must have paid you to defend their dump.
