for the amount that parkview charges you should be living in luxury! i paid 935 for a one bedroom. my neighbors were loud. the smell of dog is everywhere. maintanence lets themselves into your apt without knocking.. the list goes on an on. Parking is a nightmare! there is only enough spots for half the residents so if you come home after 7pm.... prepare for a walk! there is no security, cars are broken in to nightly and management maintains that it is the residents problem to deal with, Laundry room is crawling with roaches and elevators never work. i often had to walk 7 flights od stairs daily.

If you want roaches in your laundry room, come to the B Building; we have dozens to choose from. And as far as the parking situation, the reviewer is spot on. There aren't enough parking spots outside for even a third of the residents! And I shouldn't have to pay $50 every month for a space in a run-down, filthy garage.

You've never seen a roach in the laundry room? I saw one just today that was so big you could've put a saddle on it! It's too bad that people live on that floor since there are roaches everywhere
