Watch out if you move here. if you can, see if you can meet your neighbors first. Wish I would have known that. Now we have the neighbors from hell. we moved in there 13 days ago, and the neighbors have been complainging that we're breaking their "no noise at all" personal guide lines for three weeks. Management already sent a Cease immediately letter without bothering to check if the claims are valid or even within the timeframe we've lived there ( they obviously weren't!). Management sucks. Maintenance does let themselves in whenever they damn well please. We were told to slam our door by management to get it to lock, but the neighbors complain about that, too, and the management turns around and tells us we should not be doing that. GET YOUR DAMN MAINTENANCE STAFF TO DO THEIR JOB.

I totally agree this place should be renamed the parkview of hell!!! The worst place to live ever!!!

MAINTENANCE SUCKS! They do just walk right in. It's like DAMN....privacy ever heard of it lol
