You can rename the place but it still is the same. Since i lived at this place i have had three people live in the place next to me, all of them have been loud and evicted. One thing they do not tell you is that all the nice\large apartments are filled with section 8 housing or drug dealers\users. People smoke and yes, it does seep into your apartment. There was feces in the hall way the other day, that was a nice touch. There is no parking, but luckily it didn't matter for me, since my car was stolen from the parking lot. They tried to raise my rent over 100 dollars to renew for a year and 200 if i wanted stay month to month. I will admit they did a pretty nice job renovating the place but it is not worth living here with all of the noise and disruption. One of the key selling points was a pool and shops within the court, all of the shops closed as soon as moved in, the pool if you pay the extra $100 is unusable since it is always dirty and on top of all this i have to call maintenance once a week to unclog my sinks and shower which promptly over flow at every use. If you look to live with the low lives of society i would definitely recommend this place!!

I agree with you up to a certain point. I wouldn't says they're all low lives. This was the only place I was able to find an apartment. There are a lot of nice people here, not all drug dealers/users. I mean, I'm sure where ever you try to find an apartment (espeically at an apt complex) you'll be sure to see people who do drugs and smoke and have pets that you just wish you could stuff a sock in there mouth so they could shut the hell up. But, all in all, for as long as I have lived here I have to say one of the worst things about it is the smell in the buildings...I smoke too, but I freshen up and my apartment does not smell of smoke....I think these people light up a cig with the same one they are smoking and makes a chain or non-stop smoke....lol, DAMN! I guess if it wasn't for that this place would be SOOO MUCH better.

I agree also. I have lived here for 7 years and the quality of life has declined 100%. I'm sick of the hoodlums hanging out in the lobbies, sitting on the glass tables, residents in slippers and bathrobes in the elevators, children running around, dogs in the hallways without leashes, and yes, the SMOKE!! I have 3 air filters. Now, let's get to the noise. Paper-thin walls, and when you call to complain the office is aggressive or short of patience and they just tell you to call the police. Isn't this their problem? You'd think they would want happy tenants to recommend this place. My car was stolen too out of the parking lot. The pool is filty. I paid and only lay out to take sun because of all the cloudy water (not a Ph problem but a bacteria problem) and the debris (not floating on the surface but rather throughout the water down to the bottom). I complained and nothing happened. In all fairness, I think I get my money's worth and these are some of the things people have to put up with; however, the management here should print a booklet of how to behave in public spaces, spaces which we all pay for....i.e. hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms. They need a security person and a desk in every entrance and an active police presence. After all, these undesireables give the city bad publicity. I also think that the staff (office, maintenance in the office as well) need to be better trained, but hey, what's their motivation if people treat them unappropriately and disrespectfully? It's a nasty cycle. I could go on and say what I have found in the elevators, halls etc...but life is TOO short to focus on negative energy. Things are as they are. THis place needs to change.
