Moving to "The New Parkview," or Heights of Collingswood, was a pretty good decision that I have made. I like the ease and convenience of having our very own "Mini-Market" right on our terrace. Whenever I need something I can just walk about 10 seconds from my building and grab what I need. And if I can't find it there, then I don't worry, because a CVS and 7 11 are located right up the street from us. I love the fact that if I don't feel in the mood to make something to eat I can pick up a menu and choose from a selection of places to order from and have it delivered right to my apartment.
My neighbors have been good so far. I have no complaints about them. Yes, I can hear them in the morning above me getting up and getting ready for WORK, but that is only because I'm beneath their apartment doing the exact same thing. And that is the only time I can say I hear my neighbors. It's not that big of a deal because they aren't even loud. It's only in the bathroom I can hear them because it is so quiet.
When I first moved in three months ago, the lights in my living room and bedroom were blown. The heater did not work in the bedroom and the one in the living took a while to turn on. I didn't think it was that big of a deal. I just called maintenance and they asked me when I would be home so they could check everything out for me. I told them I work 5 days of the week during the day and do not get home untill 8:30. They then ASKED me if I would mind if they let themselves in to check it out if I was not home to answer the door for them. They ASKED permission. Maintenance does not let themselves in announced either. They knock on your door and after some time of you not answering (and if you gave them permission) then they would let themselves in. Anyway, the very SAME day I called about the heater and lights, they came right away and replaced everything in a matter of minutes.
I can't complain about the water because it heats up right away and stays heated for as long as I am in the shower. My pipes in the bathroom seem to be fine because the water goes down immediately.
The kitchen is nice and spacious. My refrigerator works just fine and my stove, well, let me just say I cook a hell of a meal on there.
As for parking, I don't have any complaints. When I had my car I found a spot to park every night. Yeah, maybe now and again I had to park a little further then I would have liked, but it only takes about 3 minutes to get from the parking lot to the building.
I think my overall experience here at the Heights of Collingswood has been relatively good. It not luxury, but I beleive it's well worth the money I pay and I don't have to worry about utilities, which is perfect for first time renters and people/families that are not as wealthy as they may have liked to be.
After reading many of the negative reviews on this apartment complex, I have realized that many people just like things to be perfect for there lifestyles. If you are indeed one of many then I would not recommend this place to you. However, if you are a person that would like an enjoyable and convenient place to live, I would recommend Heights of Colliingswood. It's affordable for the average working person or family and has lots of great features, like the fitness center or tennis court, convenience stores on and off the property, dry cleaning, wash/dryer, and many restaurants that deliver to your apartment. I don't know about the pool because I moved here in the winter, but I'm sure it would be refreshing to take a dip in it (after it's been cleaned, of course).
Overall, I rate the Heights of Collingswood a 4 out of 5 stars, just because no place is "PERFECT."
Thank you to those who read my review and can't wait to read your comments. Have a great day!

that is exactly what i was thinking noticed how they kept some complaints in to make you think it was a real
please instead of trying to put fake comments on this site how about contacting the people with complaints , say your sorry they have been having problems and find out what you can do
asign someone to work thru all there complaints until resolved. thats how you improve the rating , you actualy do your job!!!!!!!
