You get what you pay for. Apartments are decent size and are refreshed before new tenants move in, fitted out with new, cheap carpet. Management makes an effort to keep the place up and have invested in refurbing common areas. Maintenance always arrives within an hour when called. The biggest problems are: 1) They will rent to anybody with the money. Mostly decent, well-behaved people, but also a fair number of real scuzzballs. 4th floor of C building is a drug market. Look out for the skanky little creep with long greasy hair; 2) How do you feel about riding an elevator with somebody's pitbull'; 3) Uncontrolled parking - no limits on number of vehicles. Some sit for weeks without moving. Impossible to find a spot if you go out in the evening (and illegal to park on the street); 4) Very restrictive lease makes it difficult to move out. If you terminate early they demand 3 months' rent to release you.

OMG. This person speaks the truth!!! I AM currently on the 4th floor in the C building and I know scuzzy man (LOL) (s)he is talking about! He shaved his hair, so he no longer has long greasy hair. ALL hours of the night people are bangin on his door..even this one lady who goes up with her TWO (or younger) year old daughter!!! Not all of us on the 4th floor in the C building are crackheads!! I think we SHOULD somehow inform the police, because I'm sure the management won't give a damn!!

Police annex on site. go visit them. Or even drop a letter off on the desk in there to anonymously inform them of the suspected dealer.

Haha... Thanks for pointing that guy out in writing! Wondered if I was the only one who realized what was up with our 4th floor wanna-be drug lord. Holy Jesus, that man smells. I've seen him walking around the complex and in the elevators with bare feet, and never without a brown paper bag. Oh, and he once asked me if I wanted him to introduce me to his "friend", Larry Flynt. I'd LOVE to know how this maggot ever even got approved to move into the complex.
