Reviews of the complex seem to be mixed. It's really not that bad. It's an average apartment community with some nice features on-site (such as the dry cleaners, the market, the gym, underground parking (for a fee)). I've lived here for about a month and haven't had any major issues at all. The largest problem is the free parking, sure, it's free.. You just can't ever find it. I always have hot water, I never hear the neighbors (and even if I did, it's an apartment complex!). I enjoy living here.

See, I wrote a review after 3 months and I felt the same way. I'm now into my 6th month and my opinion of the place has changed a lot. Overall it's not THAT bad, however, there's a lot of things that need improvement. Big time. I wish you luck, maybe you'll have a great time here. I thought I was gonna be a lucky one, but I started seeing the things other people had complained about.

the first month is never bad because you are trying to convince yourself that you made a good decision. Eventually you cant take it anymore. This place is a nightmare and do not make a mistake and rent here
