I can only think of 2 reasons why IM living under these conditions: Management just does not care, or the problems here are just simply out of their control.

ROACHES, MICE, WATER DAMAGE IN APT THAT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO REPAIR HOLES IN CEILING/WALLS,GRAFFITI.

There is good in bad, and bad in good.
U get 2 decide ur own tolerance level.
Good luck. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

which building has had a mice problem ??????? the person who has had no problems but a fly is lucky , the workers are not the problem, it is the main office , managment is the problem. simple prblems could be handled with leadership example the back doors are propped open every day we have a security system but what is the point if you leave the doors open. we had a rat problem in the parking lot, durning the winter the doors of b c and d building were left open all durning the day !!!! anyone who ha a bug or rotten problem email me i am keep footage and i have letters written to the managment about this problem and they do nothing. they even hired securty but again if you don't keep the door locked how will that help, if you stay on the office they will get someone out to fix the problems, they are usually very good when they get there. the exception is this , i am not sure who he is but he is an outside contractor they hire for repairing water damage, he is n ot to be trusted!!!!!!!!!!!!! something is seriously wrong ith this man i would in the strongest terms possible caution you to not allow him in your apartment , in fact i am signing this anonymously i don't want him to know who i am good luck

And this is why I say there is good in bad and bad in good. My issues have not been w/the maintenance workers, it has been w/those in charge. 45 min for a clogged sink. That sounds like something they consider an emergency over water damage, roaches, and mice. I ask you...what do U consider a reasonable amount of time for repairs and getting things done?
From: Anonymous Date: 09/15/2008
I can't wait to see this answer... reasonable??? We moved in in mid February and are still waiting to get issues fixed by maintenance from Day 1. It's been 7 MONTHS still no maintenance call. I'm beginning to wonder if I should call a contractor and send them the bill since they are not doing anything.

Just a thought, maintenance cannot always work around our schedules for repairs. I have always allowed them in when I am not home. Responce time has always been good.I have lived here 2 years and never so much as had a fly, roach, spider etc.. If you request restricted entry it will limit there staff to take care of our issues!! I have only had a slow draining tub which is not an "EMERGENCY" however it was taken care of the same week. That was reasonable to me!! I have no complaints

Maintenances has been responsive to me as well but I have a new issue with roaches that has yet to be reported and I waited only becuase I saw the newsletter and calendar which states that extermination happens every Tuesday but I'm starting to get creeped out and am afraid they will crawl in my bed while I'm sleeping. I told my best friend and am so relieved to find its not just me and I'm not alone. I'll 2nd your notion, lets work together to be rid of the roaches.

getting rid of roaches i haven't seen one in about 10 years but you have to let them in to spray and keep all water off sink counter and floor no food out anywhere , buy boric acid from the cvs not mixed with anything just a small jar of boric acid put it on conter corners in drawers any where you have seen them and don't forget in your door way leading to your apartment, that should get rid of your problem , they will walk over it and take it back and kill all the rest of them good luck and whenyou move make sure you don't take them with you i think that is how some people get them here oh i think they spray every three months unless you request it
