I have live here for 11 years. Yes, 11. It used to be called Sutton Towers but they changed it to Park View just before I moved in. It was a complete dump back then, but they spent something like 20 million fixing it up. They got robbed on that one. "Luxury Apts", it said on the sign. No 24 hr doorman, no apt or floor laundry, crappy air/heat system, and alot of "undesireables" does not add up to luxury. BUT, it has gotten better, depending on your building, your floor, even your exact apartment. I understand some of the lower floor apts in certain buildings are terrible. Mine's very nice, on the 10th floor facing the city with a great view. Its quiet, clean, no bugs, and safe. The maintenance service used to be pretty good, but since I haven't needed any in 5 years, I don't know. As long as you don't expect "Luxury" its good. And the location is the best feature if you like to spend any time in the city. The bigger balcony apts have amazing views, but are expensive 1200-1300. For the same amenities and safety in the city you'd have to spend 50% more. In Jersey you can find cheaper but without the views or location. And the people in the office are not nearly as nice, polite or human as the girls that were here a couple years ago. They do have attitudes. Must be the crappy company they work for. They take nice care of the grounds, nice flowers every season. The police patrol at night from 8pm to 12am, which is good. Finally, I would have moved years ago if I wasn't satisfied. I'm not a complainer, don't expect way too much, just decent conditions, so maybe I'm being generous with my overall positve review..

SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE WHO HAS FIENDS IN THE OFFICE,THE MAINTENANC MANAGER STEALS,AND THE ILLEGAL UNDOCUMENTED WORKES THEY HAVE THERE STEAL ALSO AND DAMAGE YOUR CAR IF YOU IGNORE THEM.THE WHOLE PLACE IS RUN BY FAMILY MEMBERS,ALL LOW CLASS WHITE TRAILER TYPES,IT HAS MICE ROACHES, AND BUGS,POLICE BELIEVE ANYTHING THE OFFICE TELLS,THEM,THEY MUST GET UNDER THE TABLE PERKS,YOU KNOW WHATY I MEAN!!!!! PAT AND THE RED HAIR GIRL ARE LESBIANS,AS THE RUMER GOES!!

Wait. Carlocarlo says white trailor types?! I agree that there are some real heavy white trash in the area..the place is being absolutely RUINED by the..undesirables from Camden and probably Lindenwold......... This used to be such a nice place until THEY moved in.
