I have lived here for a bit over 2 years now. I can't wait for the day I can leave. I will never understand why the majority of people who have low income behave with no manners, no class, no respect for THEIR OWN surroundings/property, look dirty, hang out in lobbies & hallways and get in other's way or make others uncomfortable etc..and I can't for the life of me understand why it's tolerated.
The staff in charge of answering issues/phone calls is totally clueless, trashy, and incompetent..so don't count on any kind of service..the person who answers the phone sounds like she has the education of a doorknob..and even if you are the most kind, patient person..you will go nuts living here because of all these things.
I am embarrased to have anyone come here..and if they do they all comment on the lobby always having people loitering, the hallways being smelly & dirty, the elevators being gross if they are even functioning.
Mostly I wonder where are the parents of all the little dirty rugrats that run all over and mark up walls, spit their gum all over, crowd hallways so you literally have to step over them!!'' Again, low class.. no manners..and you don't need money to have those. This complex is dirty, and I am ashamed to be here. To be honest, my family is the type of tenants they should be thrilled to have..but I am noticing more and more, the good ones are all moving..and we will be soon too... I can't be here too much longer & I want my kids to have a better life. Pass it up, unless you will fit right in.

A just as bad. Not true. Lived in A building two years, stepped on dog poop in the building, chase cockroaches away from front door, people running around in lobby screaming, people standing at front door banging on door to be let in building, stairwell door always unlocked, etc

There are DEFINITELY mice in the A building!! Well, one less now since my cat took care of one last night! I had no idea there were any mice in this whole complex but I was wrong!!! I thought my cat was playing with a fake mouse but then it started running away! How many more have there been that I wasn't aware of?? Very disturbing, thank God for my cat!

Honestly, I'd never seen a mouse up close until I stayed here. Ick, this place is totally 100% garbage, and so are most of the people who live and work here!
