Im not from the area and recently came across the "Heights" My husband and I felt lke we hot the jackpot. A nice new kitchen, a great view, a dry cleaner on site. Perfect for busy professional and the price was unreal (only $1140 for a 2 bedroom) The young lady who helped me in the leasing office was really nice, her name was Jamie. She was patient as I looked at 4-5 different units....it was the people in the halls, and elevator who freaked me out. I wanted to believe I was being crazy when I suggested to my husband the man in the elevator with us appeared to be on drugs, or when the hall of the floor we arrived on smelled like moth balls and vomit. We went ahead and put a deposit on the place and this past weekend I was still feeling uneasy about it. Then I found this site and read al 95 reviews; completely horrified I showed my husband and we cancelled our deposit. I guess if something seems too good to be true it usually is! Thanks to all who took the time to write these reviews and save my family months of agony. I HATE BUGS! I would have never lasted a month here!

Man, if you hate bugs then you made a wise decision in leaving. Roaches and flies all over-- and that's just on the tenants. The only staff that's nice is the leasing agent staff. Not a coincidence; they're the ones chiefly responsible in getting your money...

all true except flies, i am surprised they let u in building usual just show samples some places are better then others i guess i am in b building and i am starting to see alot of this stuff i dont know about cause i dont hang out side , i go and come and thats it, reading all i have here makes me want to move and i live here.

I actually live there and was dooped, i thought the place was great, but we hate it, the people are disgusting, they let there pets deffacate anywere in the building halways, elevators and wont bother to pick it up , i even have the pictures to prove it. After my lease was up i tried to move and they tried to hit me witha $4,000 debt, claiming that they need a three months notice of move in writting we went back and fourth because i had done what they asked three months ago but some how my paperwork was lost they said that i was basically lieing and when they found it no apology was given by then it was too late they other aprtment we had lned up went with someone else because they refuse to give us our deposit back and made us pay rent or court, Parking sucks that's an extra $100 mo for they garage wich is always empty, the pool, and gym you also have to pay extra for , Meanwhile they have people who dont work and spend there time all day in lobbies gossiping while there children run wild destroying property, My bike was stolen as well as my $800 digital camera i saved up so long for and my fianance brand new boots, dont trust these people they will reel you in and keep you for life

this place isnt the best the pool is cool but you have to pay for it but kids who mom works in the matruce dont have to when my kids have to its not right it was alot better when it was parkview and now it sucks thers even a mice in my kicten and my brothers apt to
