These are the "Community Features" they have listed on all websited:

Clubhouse-all it is, is a room with a couch and little kitchen that the maintance men use, which you are charged to use anyway

Emergency Maintenance- used cost $50.00 if your locked out, now they make you call a locksmith, other than that, they do not have emergency maintenance.

Fitness Center- charges to use, do not fix machines, weights were stolen out of gym and never replaced, kids sneak in all the time and break things, Cabal tv was canceled, people bring their entire families, including young children in there while they work out.

High Speed Internet Access- dont have, you have to pay and intall it your self through comcast or another company. They have wireless internet that you can only get on if you pay for the gym

Laundry Facility- also have to pay, and my clothes were stolen out of the machine!!

Playground- there is absolutely no playground, there is one in the parks nearby.

Public Transportation- they do have a ghetto bus driver that takes the crazy people to and from the busy street in Collingswood and speed line.

Swimming Pool- have to pay an outrageous amount to use the dirty small pool. Also, i watched a kid go under and the dad had to grab her out, while the damn lifeguard was sun bathing.

Tennis Court(s)-crap no one plays tennis here, the kids hang out on the tennis courts Wireless

Internet Access- only if you pay for the beat down gym (which is almost the same price if you buy a membership from a real gym).

Yeah, mostly true. Except every Gym in the world has smelly annoying people in it so a couple of kids or great grandmothers is not an absurd intrusion. Also, they charge for the pool so it isn't a chaotic zoo. If ALL the tenants and kids went to this small pool it wouldn't be pleasant. Sure, Freedom is nice until you want to relax. And Finally - You have to pay for laundry machines?! What an outrage!!! Unforgivable! I'm right behind you, gettin the hell out of this crap hole!... hehe.

Yep, it's a dump to live in with dumpy accoutrements in and around it. Please don't forget to mention that in the B building, 2 of the 10 washing machines are constantly broken, 4-6(!) of the dryers are constantly broken, and maintenance will not only not fix them, but they'll INSIST you, the tenant, are responsible for calling the washer/dryer parent company for repairs. To put it another way: they will literally never, ever fix the washers or dryers. It's up to you, the person living there. Solution? Don't live there.

all true except gym isn't so bad last time i went in there and lounge is ok too, pool never had nerve to try it looks ok i guess but it's 100 for the summer and my problem is the mice more and more people are getting them the wonderful web site is nothing like this place i like inside of my apartment and most of people are ok they do have some mentally ill people living here but they don't bother anyone, they live in a group home on the second floor this place is going down faster and faster and the sad thing the place could be fixed with just a few changes stop letting everyone move in inorder to live here must fill out application in there current home this way you know who is moving in give maint, money to do the job right after every repair contact renter to ask if job was done right not done right 25 credit on rent and send manager out to fine out why? no more dogs over 20 pound keep back door closed just common sense things dont move here its getting bad i have to move end of year and i hate moving but i can't live with mice and rats
