I lived in A building. There was roaches running underneath my door. Don't know how many times i opened my door and there is roaches running down the hall. Mouse inside my apt. Dog poop all over lobby floor and carpet. mail trash all over trash room. kids running down halls screaming and carrying on with no adult supervision. tenants blaring music as loud as they want. nasty odors. stairwell doors leading outdoors unlocked. I havent been in other buildings,maybe A is better than the others but not perfect. But I can tell you that every morning a cleaning person was outside my door vacuuming the hallway and mopping the floor. But the people who live in the apts and their visitors are the ones tearing it up. But i have seen the roaches and mice in the A building.

of course mice in a building back door has been stuck open for a week day and night they just walk right in. your right some of the problems are from the tenats, and they do clean every day and some people are just nasty no respect for themselves adn other and that goes over all race lines

No place is perfect, i love my apt, never saw one bug or mice,of course u can expect some problems, thats with any complex, but overall, its a nice place to live, locations great, pretty scenery, and the price is right, i have no complaints
