I have lived at Pewter Village for 5 yrs. The apts are charming and the only reason I stay here - spacious kitchens w/attractive wood cupboards, built-in hutch, d/w and microwave (no g/disp). Digital heat & a/c controls work well. Rooms are small but have lots of windows. Apts are very short of closet space - bsmnt storage comes w/each unit but you must walk outdoors to get to it! 'Assigned' parking spaces for tenants are a joke. People park anyplace they feel like and management is useless - you're on your own here! Smoke/noise come thru walls - must pray for good neighbors. Nice interior courtyard. Quiet neighborhood. A gated community - NOT!
