Wonderful place to live - We've lived at Riverview for three years and we love it. The apartments are great. Because there are only four units in a building, they are very quiet. Not bad, but not great. I'm a believer that Riverview is a good place to live...if you are on the 2nd floor.
Do your homework. I had a first floor apartment and had issues with moisture due to the basement under my unit (I didn't know it was there prior to moving in)
