What a Downward Spiral - Like the reviewer below me... I should have moved out when tina left.... Just as others have said, it's not that bad. Reviews of the complex seem to be mixed. It's really not that bad. It's an average apartment community with some nice features on-site (such as the dry cleaners, the market, the gym, underground parking (for a fee)).

Ehhh... When I lived there it wasn't so bad, but it's defintely overpriced for what the apartment it. I had waterbugs, my floors were never cleaned (when I moved in...although below me got new varnish and everything) and the oldest fuses in the world (the screw in kind) kept blowing

Management The apartments are older, but its within my budget. If you want something new and want to pay $1000/month go ahead, I rather spend $700/month and live in a safe place. Very clean apartment, not like most in the area. Management controls the heat which I don't pay for.
