There is nothing better around here. Its like a place you own more than just an apartment complex. Huge, spacious, tall trees in the middle with a park, feel like living in peace in the woods. It is rent controlled, fair rents

The apartments are not rent controlled we've been living here for almost 6 years and they keep jacking up the prices each year. We've also encountered some glitches with the management and they have yet fixed those issues.
