Windsor Commons is rent controlled.
WC looks like a park. It does not look like the other mass rental places like Raven's Crest, Quail Ridge, etc. And' It's less expensive! Gas, garages, washer dryer in unit! 2 full baths' It's better than most townhomes!
Neighbors are friendly, helpful and quiet. They are usually not transient. We've been here 6 years.
Super is top notch. Things get done when you need them. Garages are spacious. Pool is quiet and family oriented.
Perfect renting during this crazy real estate market!

It is not rent controlled. They jack up the rent every year. We've been here for over 6 years too!
