A better than average apartment

Great location that you are 5 minutes from the turnpike, 10 minutes from route 1, and 1 minute from route 130. Overall upkeep of the apartments are ok. Grass is cut every week. If you call the maint. person, he will come out and fix the problem the best he can. If he can't, he'll just replace it. Example: dishwasher wasn't running great, couldn t figure out the problem, replaced with brand new dishwasher. Our apartment is on the first floor so has very tall ceilings.
BOTTOM LINE: For a pretty symmetrical apartment, with Central Air/Heat, Carpeted, Washer/Dryer in Unit, you WILL NOT find a better price and location.
